Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join their clinician-led behavioral health team, serving adult and geriatric populations across multiple facilities.

The organization emphasizes a flexible Mon–Fri schedule (7 AM–7 PM) with competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, and options for both fee-for-service or salaried arrangements. No nights or on-call required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required
• Active LPC license required
• We do not accept associate or limited licenses.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and referrals and monitor residents’ conditions
• Conduct brief therapy sessions with residents
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers on care needs
• Document sessions and treatment plans to meet compliance and billing standards
• Coordinate with families for scheduling and follow-ups
