Job summary

Comunidade Metodista in Texas is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver mental health counseling to individuals and families. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, individual and group therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) with a salary of $100,000–$110,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and EHRs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Offer input on enhancing therapy practices and improving client experiences.
• Keep thorough and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
