The Role

Setting: Primarily in‑person with telehealth flexibility.

You will assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for individuals and groups. Coordination of care across the interdisciplinary team, support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions, and maintain timely clinical documentation are key responsibilities. Active participation in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development is part of how we grow together.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
• Current Texas LPC‑Associate license in good standing
• Identified or willing to be assigned an LPC‑S supervisor (in‑house available)
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
• Training in EMDR, somatic approaches, eating disorders, or addiction (plus)
• Availability for some evenings and weekends (plus, not required)
