Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in the United States. The role focuses on ERP customization, integration, and feature development to align with business needs and ERP capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and ensure secure, compliant implementations. The position emphasizes end-to-end ERP package customization, integration, and knowledge transfer, with a strong focus on loyalty management products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

• Loyalty management product implementation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing ERP modules and features based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance and ensure that customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.

Job Description :

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skills :

• Loyalty Management Functional Knowledge with Customer Shopping experience analysis, Rewards and redemptions and management of Third party Loyalty Management Partnerships.
• Experience with Retail industry.
• Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
• Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies.
• Have experience in IT
• Must have: Loyalty Management Product implementation like (Epsilon, Sales Force Loyalty Management or any other Loyalty Management products) and Custom Loyalty Management Solution implementation
• Good to have: Experience in Product evaluations and recommendation.

Preferred Skills :

• Working knowledge of Loyalty Management, Rewards, Redemptions, Experiential rewards and Customer data Management
• At Least 1 End to End Loyalty Management solution implementation experience including product evaluation, Recommendations, and implementation.
• Preferred functional expertise in Retail domain.
• Need Agile scrum experience and good understanding of all agile ceremonies.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
