Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the subject area or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of successful teaching experience, ideally at the elementary school level.
• Deep understanding of early childhood development and best practices in foundational literacy and numeracy instruction.
• Strong instructional, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote a positive and collaborative professional culture.
• Passion for education, student development, and professional learning.

Responsibilities
