Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote Diamond, Shenandoah, and other cabinet lines in Lowe’s stores, focusing on expanding market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers and providing product training.

The role requires frequent travel within the designated Arkansas territory, with the potential for overnight stays. A Bachelor's degree and strong sales, presentation, and communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level degree in Business Marketing Design or related field preferred.
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Computer skills and valid driver's license in good standing.
• Kitchen design experience and 20/20 software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe’s in the designated territory.
• Train and mentor new Lowe’s in-store designers.
• Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
• Assist designers in closing store sales.
• Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 2-3 weeks and travel as needed.
• Receive product in new/existing stores and lift up to 40 lbs.

This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided.
