ADT Security Services in Illinois is seeking a Field Technician to install and support advanced low‑voltage security systems in customer homes and small businesses. You will install wiring, mount devices, run tests, and ensure reliable operation.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will troubleshoot issues, educate customers, and maintain safety standards while delivering outstanding service.

What you will do:

You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation and support of advanced low‑voltage systems (under 50V). You’ll work hands‑on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll build customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication. You will:

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication

The pay range for this role is $24.20–$44.94 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
