What you should know about our team

Our Field Operations team is the hands‑on force that brings our smart security solutions to life. From installation and service to troubleshooting and customer education, these team members are the face of our company in homes and businesses across the country.

What you will do

You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation and support of advanced low‑voltage systems (under 50 V). You’ll work hands‑on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll be at the forefront of building customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication.

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.

What you need to be successful
