Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Electrical industry (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
• Experience/ability to install and service electrical equipment
• Understanding of single and 3-phase systems
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems
• Facilitate and deliver the Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum
• Teach safety and compliance according to industry regulations
• Support and motivate student growth and professionalism
• Evaluate and communicate student progress with actionable feedback
• Prepare students for successful careers in the electrical/EEST fields
