• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems, including security, fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance.
• Work with a variety of equipment, including cameras, card readers, electronic locks, motion detectors, and fire alarm devices.
• Perform cabling, terminations, device installation, testing, and system configuration.
• Identify and resolve wiring, equipment, and system performance issues.
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentation to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear records of completed work, materials, and service activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers, provide basic system training, and coordinate with team members to ensure successful project completion.
