Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level Cable Technician to support commercial construction projects in the Newburyport area, with on-site work in Haverhill, MA. This contract-to-hire role offers weekly pay and overtime opportunities, with no extensive low voltage experience required.

You'll pull cable through commercial buildings, assist with Cat5e/Cat6, and learn termination and testing of network cables while using hand and power tools and supporting experienced technicians on site.

Entry-Level Cable Technician / Low Voltage Installer

Looking to get into the low voltage industry? TEKsystems is hiring Entry-Level Cable Technicians to support commercial construction projects throughout the Newburyport area.

No extensive low voltage experience required. We are looking for reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
