Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Systems Project Manager to lead a project team and oversee day-to-day field operations from our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters.

You will drive projects to successful completion while maintaining client relationships and quality standards. The role requires 3-5 years of related PM experience in low voltage security systems (CCTV, access control) and familiarity with AV systems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related project management experience specific to Low Voltage Security Systems (CCTV, access control) is required.
  • Experience with Audio Visual Systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected.
  • Experience with Oracle or other formalized PM software and Accubid or other estimating software is preferred.

  • Manage business aspects for multiple projects concurrently, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor and manage assistant project managers and project engineers.
  • Ensure labor, materials, budgeting, and production goals are met to set the team up for success.

Low Voltage Systems Project Managerabout the position…As a Project Manager in our Low Voltage and Audio-Visual Systems division, your responsibilities will be laser-focused on managing a project team, overseeing the day-to-day field operations, and bringing projects to a successful completion. You will assist in cultivating prospects for future construction projects by providing excellent customer service, maintaining quality assurance, and building financially successful projects.
