Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC (CRT), an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Low Voltage Integration and Security Technician to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The role focuses on installing and servicing CCTV, access control, video management, and intrusion systems, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in low voltage or security fields, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. BICSI is desirable but not required; OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field experience performing low voltage and/or security systems.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • BICSI certification desirable but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to read project drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install, terminate, test copper and fiber cabling systems.
  • Implement, activate, and support CCTV, Access Control, Video Management, and intrusion systems.
  • Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, test equipment.
  • Read project drawings, specifications, submittals and develop project implementation plans.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and associated business applications to communicate/document project.
  • Maintain and require safety requirements and support safety efforts of the organization.
  • Accomplishes work in accordance with expectations and ensure national and local codes and industry standards are maintained.
  • Provide updates to as-built drawings as necessary, according to department policies.
  • Attend/hold Tool Box safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency in addition to any other recommended topics such as harassment prevention, ethics, etc.
  • Obtain OSHA 30 Safety and Health standards certification.
  • Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
