Job summary

Design Mechanical, Inc., a Comfort Systems USA company, in Louisville, CO, seeks a Low Temperature Field Technician to service industrial refrigeration systems across food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage sectors. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, repair compressors and controls, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting profitability goals.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial refrigeration/HVAC/R, ability to read OSHA/EPA regulations, and willingness

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial refrigeration/HVAC/R experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting across compressors, controls and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret OSHA/EPA PSM and RMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment from 100 hp to 5,000 hp.
• Perform routine and emergency service on Freon systems.
• Install and replace compressors, motors, and pumps.
• Mentor/train assisting apprentices.
• Maintain truck and job boxes with accurate inventory.
