Job summary

Holland Roofing Services is seeking an experienced superintendent to own field execution for commercial roofing projects in Milford, Ohio. You will lead multiple crews, manage foremen, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across new builds and re-roofs, and coordinate with PMs, estimators, and the GM on schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial roofing with 5+ years in supervision, strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and related systems, plus OSHA credentials

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roofing and 5+ years in a superintendent/supervisory capacity.
• Mastery of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, Coatings, and Metal Roofing.
• Plan/spec reading and document control skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 (30 preferred).
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel between jobsites.
• English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead several crews across new builds and re-roofs with clear production targets.
• Assign foremen and teams by skillset, workload, and project needs.
• Verify installations meet plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety rules, including JHAs and PPE.
• Complete punch lists, QC inspections, and warranty reviews with precision.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors across active jobs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and the General Manager on schedules and budgets.
• Represent the company with customers, GCs, and vendors—and respond to urgent needs.
• Coach foremen and crew leads, support evaluations and training, and track certifications.
