Vervic is hiring for a Low-Rise Lead Technician / Sales Technician to perform and lead exterior services for residential and commercial clients. You will deliver excellent customer service while keeping job sites safe and efficient.

The role involves hands-on window cleaning, pressure washing, and leading teams on various projects, with on-site client communication and opportunities to upsell additional services. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services.
• Lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Identify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible).
• Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection.
• Ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Complete basic job documentation and reporting.
