Amazon in WA, Redmond is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and build low-latency, scalable software for launch support equipment and manufacturing operations.

You will work with device software, frontend, networking and security teams, participate in all phases from requirements to deployment, and contribute to global deployments across CM sites. The role emphasizes building scalable, reliable software for production environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience in design patterns, reliability and scaling.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement System Architecture for Manufacturing Dev Test Lab.
• Partner with device software, frontend, networking, and security engineering teams to build scalable lab infrastructure.
• Scale production implementation to support global deployments to manufacturing and CM sites.
