Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC seeks an Algorithmic Trading Developer to build high-availability, low-latency trading solutions for internal desks and buy-side clients. You will design customizable strategies, implement quantitative models, and enhance trading infrastructure across a collaborative team.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Math/Engineering is required. This role offers exposure to global algorithmic trading technology and a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in Algorithmic Trading development or similar role
• Experience developing low-latency execution algorithms and trading strategies
• Strong understanding of lit and dark market microstructure and market data
• Familiarity with Reg NMS, ISO orders, MiFID II and dark pools
• Experience implementing quantitative models, data analysis, and strategy back-testing

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a next-generation global algorithmic trading platform
• Develop highly customizable, low-latency trading strategies
• Develop and maintain low-latency order management infrastructure
• Build rules engines and other algorithmic trading components
• Collaborate with Quant, Product, Sales, and Technology teams
• Stay current on industry trends and improve trading technology and processes
• Contribute within an Agile development environment
