Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Lowboy Truck Driver in Asheville, NC to operate a lowboy truck with heavy load capacity and transport materials to job sites across projects in the region.

Qualified candidates have CDL, 3–5 years of truck driving experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong safety record; pre-employment drug screen required; health benefits and opportunities for career advancement offered.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of truck driving experience preferred.
  • Requires a commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Operates truck to move and/or transport materials as required by jobsite.
  • Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials.
  • May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed.
  • May perform other related duties as required.

OVERVIEW

(Archer Wright JV) is currently seeking a Lowboy Truck Driver for the (TSENC/I26 Downtown Connector) , in (Asheville, NC) .

The Lowboy Truck Driver will drive a lowboy truck with a capacity of at least three tons to transport goods or materials.

CALIFICACIONES
  • 3-5 años de experiencia operativa preferido
