Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking an entry‑level Journeyman for Low Band System Software at Beale AFB. The role focuses on maintaining LBS software, providing engineering support, and performing CICS/LBS system administration across multiple sensors and sites.

Required TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II/IAM Level I and IASAE Level I certs, plus 3+ years cyber security engineering experience or 1+ year COMINT exposure; associate degree or equivalent DCGS background preferred.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I, IASAE Level I.
• Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of DCGS experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in Cyber Security Engineering; 1+ year in COMINT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Low Band System (LBS) software and related processes.
• Provide technical and engineering support across sensors, sites and systems.
• Perform system administration for CICS and LBS software components.
