Role

Compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Magdalena, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with care provided at the patient’s residence. The program emphasizes building lasting relationships with patients, with no expiration on this benefit after acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care in accordance with the physician-established care plan.
• Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
• Advocate for patients and provide one-on-one care.
• Work 8 hours on one day per week; times are flexible and coordinated between the nurse and the patient.
• Support scheduling and coordinate care as part of the care team.
• Background check required for offers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Location: Magdalena, NM; travel to patient residences as required.
• Ability to work independently in a home-care setting and collaborate with care team members.
• Background check required; other usual conditions of employment.

Compensation

• LPN Hourly Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience.
• RN Hourly Rate: Up to $55 per hour, based on experience.
