Compass Group USA’s Flik Hospitality division seeks a professional to partner with unit management to monitor operations and ensure compliance with Company, government and accrediting standards. In this role you will lead customer service excellence, manage costs, oversee sanitation and quality programs, and support continuous improvement while mentoring staff and coordinating with clients and management.

Job Summary

In conjunction with unit management, this individual will monitor activities to ensure conformance with Company, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.
