Job summary

Fort Sill Apache F&B LLC is seeking a beverage server to provide friendly hospitality in the Apache Casino Hotel lounge and casino areas. You will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage POS transactions, and help ensure compliance with cash controls and licensing requirements.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months beverage server experience, and the ability to obtain an Oklahoma ABLE license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months beverage server experience with POS and liquor dispensing systems.
• Ability to obtain Oklahoma ABLE license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in lounge and casino areas in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Handle various forms of cash transactions and ensure accurate cash control.
• Maintain appearance of assigned station and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members, regulatory personnel, and guests to resolve service issues.
• Work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as needed.
