Responsibilities
- Bar Setup & Breakdown: Prepare the bar for service and store supplies properly.
- Expert Mixology: Take drink orders and craft cocktails following Beverage Standards.
- Precision in Process: Handle checks, follow credit card procedures, and keep tabs cash-free.
- Stocking & Rotating: Replenish soda, juice, beer, and ice; ensure freshness.
- Glassware Care: Check, replace, and polish all glassware.
- Immaculate Cleanliness: Maintain pristine work area and bar environment.
- Inventory Whiz: Monitor inventory and rotation of beverages.
