Concord Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Bartender to craft memorable guest experiences, set up and maintain a clean bar, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle beverage preparation to Beverage Standards, manage inventory, and support guests and servers with a friendly, professional approach. Concord’s Associate First culture emphasizes training, advancement, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring proper storage of liquor, fruit, and juices.
• Prepare cocktails following Beverage Standards and proper measurements.
• Accept and process drink orders from guests and servers promptly.
• Follow check handling procedures, including credit card policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness by checking glassware, replenishing ice, cleaning floors, and emptying trash.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and ensure proper rotation and stock levels.
