Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Bartender in Alpharetta, GA to craft cocktails, pour wine, and maintain a welcoming bar environment within our Embassy Suites location.

You will handle drink preparation, transactions, bar stock, and garnishes while ensuring compliance with beverage regulations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail preparation and wine/beer service.
• Ability to total costs, process transactions, and give accurate change.
• Provide guests with knowledgeable information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; maintain energy during shifts.
• Dexterity to handle glassware, money, and bar merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Lift and carry heavy trays and bar supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients including liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Serve wine and draught or bottled beer to lounge guests.
• Collect payment for drinks served; make accurate change and process transactions.
• Order and requisition liquors and bar supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Arrange bottled goods and glassware to create an attractive and organized bar display.
• Slice and pit fruit for drink garnishes as needed.
• Prepare bar snacks and appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing beverage service.

• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, dishes, money, and bar merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and bar supplies as needed.

SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is [full-time, part-time, on-call], with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
