Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is seeking a Part Time Honors Lounge Attendant to warmly welcome guests in the exclusive lounge, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service in a luxury setting near Minneapolis.

You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain a first-class, comfortable experience, and support health and safety standards. The role offers meals, hotel discounts, early wage access, and growth opportunities within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to listen effectively, speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform essential job functions.
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills.

What will you be doing?

What do you bring to the role?

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will requires high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts.
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without error, e.g., purchasing tickets for guests.
• Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
