Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking an Associate Therapist (PLPC) for a fully remote role serving Louisiana K–12 students. You’ll receive free supervision, guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows, and a competitive hourly rate.

Applicants must be an active PLPC in Louisiana with at least 500 post-graduate supervised hours and be comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems. Flexible scheduling includes evenings; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

The Work

You’ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Louisiana, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You’ll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need

• Active PLPC in Louisiana (required — we are only able to hire this license type at this time)
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed (required — this role is best suited for associates with an established start toward full licensure, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred — bilingual applicants will be prioritized)
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH

Pay Range

$30 - $40 USD
