Surefox North America Inc is a veteran‑owned company seeking experienced Part‑Time Lot Viewing Assistants in Orlando. The role involves managing pre‑auction lot viewing services under the supervision of the Regional Account Developer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to client customers.
• Adhere to the standard protocol of lot viewing operations set by the client.
• Maintain inventory of lot consignments.

• Avoid distractions while interacting with customers and maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits and feedback.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in a customer‑service or client‑facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to and from events.
• Basic record‑keeping skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3 years or more of experience as a curator, handler, gallery attendant, or visitor security agent.
