Job summary

Colonial Motor Mart is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to keep our dealership lot clean, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll help move and park vehicles, wash and detail as needed, and ensure secure storage when not in use.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in an outdoor setting. Prior related experience is a plus, and candidates must be at least 18 years old with a PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various vehicles and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the movement and parking of vehicles on the lot to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are properly stored and secured when not in use.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot to identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory management and vehicle preparation for customer delivery.
• Support the team with general duties related to vehicle storage and customer service.
