Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Peoria, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to safely move and organize powersports vehicles on the lot and assist in transporting units using a truck and trailer. You will help with check-in, cleaning, fueling, and preparing units for delivery, while supporting sales and service teams with logistics.

The role requires comfort handling motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and similar vehicles, with a focus on maintaining an orderly lot and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.

• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Deliver and pick up units to customers.
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow.
• Perform general support tasks as needed.
