Team Automotive in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a motivated Lot Manager to keep the dealership lot organized and presentation-ready. You will receive and park new and pre-owned inventory, ensure vehicles are clean and display-ready, and support daily operations for a fast-paced dealership team.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license and willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot.
• Receive, inspect, and park incoming inventory.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and display-ready.
• Monitor inventory placement and assist with lot organization.
• Install stock numbers, window stickers, and dealership materials.
• Conduct regular lot walks to identify needed attention.
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the lot and property.
• Support dealership events, vehicle displays, and projects.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
