Job summary

GA Telesis is seeking a Lot Receiving Inspector to ensure quality and accuracy in incoming and outgoing inspections of aircraft parts in its Port Saint Lucie facility. You will enter part information into the ERP system and verify conformance with company procedures and ATA 300 packing standards.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Control, the role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts, supplies, and units in the distribution center and enter their information into ERP system.
• Conduct physical inspection of serviceable and as-removed (AR) parts and components after a teardown or LOT acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with existing company standards and policies.
• Adhere to company Quality and Safety Manuals and other regulatory guidelines.
• Follow ATA Spec 300 standard for packing aerospace parts and supplies.

The Lot Receiving Inspector plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GAT processes. This position is responsible for performing incoming and outgoing inspections of aircraft parts and materials along with required production procedures. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Control, the ideal individual should be quality and detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task, to perform each essential duty according to quality standards and expectations. This role is located in Port Saint Lucie, FL.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train to support different departments, as needed
