Job summary

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers in Katy, TX is seeking dependable Lot Porters to keep our outdoor inventory organized and ready for display and delivery. You will move, wash, and stage RVs and boats, operate forklifts when trained, and support Sales and Service teams daily.

Rotate through duties in all weather, maintain a clean lot, report any damage, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Prior forklift experience is a plus but not required; valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work throughout the day.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the dealership property.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather, including heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, and humidity.

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for dependable, hardworking Lot Porters to join our Katy, TX team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping things organized and looking their best, we'd love to meet you.

As a Lot Porter, you'll play an important role in maintaining our dealership, preparing RVs and boats for display and delivery, and supporting both our Sales and Service departments. Every day is different, and your work helps create an outstanding experience for our customers.
