Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a motivated Lot Porter to join our team. You’ll help move RVs, trailers, and motorhomes around the lot and keep the dealership grounds clean and professional.

You’ll work with the sales and service teams to stage units for delivery, assist with snow removal, and follow safety protocols while moving equipment. Training is provided, and a strong work ethic is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Experience with forklifts is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable operating RVs, trailers, and large vehicles.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed.
• Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas.
• Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales.
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep.
• Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs.

Key Objectives

• Ensuretimelyand safe movementof RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds
