Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to work outdoors in all weather, and comfortable coordinating with the Sales team. Background checks and drug screening are required as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to operate vehicles with automatic transmission; manual a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly staged for display.
• Move and park vehicles safely on the lot and in service areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in, delivery, and transfers.
• Monitor the lot for cleanliness and report issues.
• Organize and maintain dealership lot and vehicle inventory.
