Job summary

Raceway Kia of Freehold in Freehold, NJ is seeking a dependable Lot Manager/Technician to organize inventory and keep the lot presentable for customers and the sales team. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting inventory, labeling with stock numbers, moving vehicles between departments, and coordinating with sales, service, and management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the lot.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Previous dealership or inventory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and professionally presented
• Move vehicles between departments and dealership locations as directed
• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming inventory
• Install stock numbers, license plates, window stickers, and other required materials
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and front-line ready
• Assist with dealer trades, customer deliveries, and vehicle staging
• Coordinate with sales, service, detail, and management teams
• Report inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediately
