Enterprise Mobility is hiring for immediate Part Time and Full Time Lot Driver positions at the JAN airport. The role moves and positions vehicles across properties to ensure readiness for customers, with a focus on high-quality service standards.

Compensation starts at $12/hour with 25 or 40 hour schedules. A benefits package includes PTO, insurance options, 401(k) with matching, and opportunities for training and development. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Within a reasonable 30-minute commute from location.

Responsibilities

• Transport and shuttle rental vehicles between locations.
• Move vehicles to servicing and ready-for-rental lines.
• Park and position vehicles for quick customer access.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations as directed.
• Communicate with staff using radio or phone as needed.

We are hiring now for immediate openings at the JAN airport! We have Part Time and Full Time positions available!

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as Lot Driver. The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

The pay for this position starts at $12 / hour based on a 25 or 40 hour work week

Responsibilities

Our Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
