Job summary

Better Collision Centers in Charleston is seeking a Lot Coordinator / Detailer to deliver the final touch before vehicles go back to customers. You are the last eye on the car and ensure it leaves looking better than expected.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver''s license. You''ll detail vehicles, inspect finishes, pre-wash, move cars around the lot, and help keep the shop and areas tidy. Growth opportunities exist as the company expands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles inside and out after repairs are complete.
• Inspect finished work and flag issues before delivery.
• Pre-wash vehicles before they enter production.
• Move and stage vehicles throughout the lot.
• Keep the shop, lot, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Support the team wherever needed.
