Job summary

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is hiring a Lot Coordinator / Sales Assistant in Delaware to support daily sales operations and ensure vehicles are presentation-ready. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training within a growing automotive team and exposure to the full sales process.

You'll organize inventory, capture vehicle photos, complete paperwork, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service while evenings and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and detail-driven.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily sales operations while learning the sales process.
• Organize and return inventory to its designated locations.
• Ensure vehicles are properly presented for sale.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Capture and upload vehicle photos as per instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
