ACV Auctions is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to join our team in Hamden, CT. The role focuses on maintaining the lot's appearance and delivering excellent guest services while supporting weekly vehicle sales.

You will drive, park, and organize vehicles, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Prior dealership exposure and ability to operate manuals are a plus, with opportunities for growth within a fast‑paced tech‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Proficient in manual transmission driving.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Assist in moving vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles to designated lanes in preparation for weekly sale.
• Retake photos of vehicles once cleaned for weekly sale.
