Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a full-time team member in Sunnyvale, CA to process and release repossessed vehicles and maintain an organized lot and customer service area.

The role involves receiving vehicles, inspecting and cleaning them, conducting inventory, and assisting customers with paperwork. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and reliable communication are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to act discreetly and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be at least 22 years old for insurance.
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet; able to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking to fill this full-time position immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10am to 6:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated candidate looking for a stable weekday schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and releasing repossessed vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the lot and customer service area, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
• Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to act in a discreet manner.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision, yet follow directions and effectively communicate with others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet. Ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on the weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience is a preferred but not required.
