Job summary

Cowles Real Estate is seeking a River Park Square Lot Attendant in Spokane to support daily garage maintenance and related projects. You will clean and maintain parking levels, follow procedures, and seek efficiencies while overseeing ticketing equipment.

The role involves light maintenance such as changing lights, painting, door repairs, and seasonal snow clearing. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalations.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review previous day’s maintenance tasks for completion.
• Stock ticketing equipment and maintain daily.
• Clean debris from garage daily and sweep as needed.
• Perform daily lighting checks and replace bulbs as needed.
• Walk the garage to spot debris, unauthorized vehicles, and safety concerns.
• Operate paint striping machine seasonally.
• Assist with snow removal as required.
• Cashiering may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Status:Full-time

Hours:5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

About this role:

As a River Park Square Lot Attendant, this position serves to facilitate daily garage maintenance and all other garage maintenance projects. The Lot Attendant will clean and maintain all parking levels, follow operational procedures, and work to find maintenance efficiencies within the parking facility, in addition to maintaining ticketing equipment. The Lot Attendant will perform various maintenance duties and regular maintenance duties such as light changing, painting, door repairs, snow removal and sweeper operation.

What you'll do:

• Review previous day’s maintenance tasks for completion.
• Stock ticketing equipment as needed and maintain daily.
• Clean all debris from garage daily, use sweepers as needed.
• Perform a daily lighting check and replace as needed.
• Walk entire garage checking for debris, illegally parked cars, and suspicious behaviors throughout the shift.
• Operate paint striping machine – seasonal.
• Snow removal, as needed.
• Cashiering may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
