Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is hiring a motivated Lot Attendant for our Idaho locations. This entry-level role involves moving and parking service vehicles, assisting customers, and keeping the service drive clean and organized. You will work outdoors and indoors, with training provided to grow within the auto group.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role with on-the-job training.
  • Reliable, self-motivated candidates preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Move and park service vehicles as needed.
  • Provide world-class customer service to service clients.
  • Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
  • Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with check-in.
  • Retrieve parts and supplies for service.
  • Operate snow removal equipment as needed.
  • Wash exterior of vehicles.
  • Vacuum interiors and perform janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean.

We are looking for self-motivated, reliable candidates ready to begin a career in the Automotive industry at Kendall Ford of Meridian. This is an entry level position providing training and room for growth. Customer service experience is preferred.

Our Lot Attendants are working in a fast-paced environment, making sure vehicles are arriving and departing to the appropriate store locations. You are trusted to drive Kendall vehicles safely and represent the Kendall brand. Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, communicating and providing world customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, vacuuming interiors of vehicles and janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable.

Requirements

A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.

Work is performed equally inside and outside, majority of job duties will be completed via standing or walking, though bending and twisting will occur to enter and exit vehicles frequently. Lifting 20 pounds occasionally, and rarely up to 50 pounds will be required.
