Job summary

Hertz is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to manage the car lot flow, keep inventory in the fleet system, and ensure vehicles are ready for customers. This entry-level role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work on site at our location.

The position offers hourly pay of $15 and benefits such as health, tuition assistance, and employee discounts. You will help maintain a tidy, attractive lot and support drivers and customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of cars on the car lot.
• Inventory management in the fleet computer system.
• Lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready.
• Maintain a presentable car lot.
• Management of the back-flow lot.
• Shuttle cars to vendors.
• Assist with maintaining fuel logs.
• Assist customers with their needs.
