Colonial Auto Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a dependable Automotive Detailer to keep customer vehicles clean, polished, and ready for delivery after service visits. Join CMA's Colonial Auto Center and contribute to a positive customer experience.

You'll wash, vacuum, detail interiors and exteriors, inspect for damage, and help the service team deliver exceptional service. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous detailing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles inside and out.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and customer-ready.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of service drive, parking areas, and storage spaces.
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership as needed.
• Assist the service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
