Job summary

Billings Auto Group is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to organize, clean and position new and used vehicles on the dealership lot. You will prepare vehicles for delivery and keep the lot and showroom tidy.

This role requires a valid MT driver’s license, the ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions, and a focus on friendly, professional customer service. The ideal candidate presents neatly and takes pride in vehicle appearance.

Lot Attendant

The Lot Attendant arranges, organizes and cleans new and used vehicles on the dealership lot. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for preparing new and used cars sold for delivery to the customer and maintaining general cleanliness of lot and showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arranges, organizes and cleans new and used vehicle inventory as directed by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
  • Prepares new and used vehicles for delivery to customers.
  • At times, will make out-of-town deliveries to customers.
  • Maintains cleanliness of lot.
Core Requirements
  • Must have a valid MT driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and operate them in tight spaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance.
