Job summary

Faulkner Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Attendant to assist in moving and parking vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining lot organization at our Bethlehem location. Strong customer service and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities include verifying vehicle deliveries, shuttling customers, and keeping vehicles clean. Training is provided; prior auto experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Physical stamina for continuous movement on the lot.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and move vehicles around the lot.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers.
• Organize vehicles around the lot and manage customer parking area.
• Shuttle customers to destinations and vehicles between Faulkner facilities.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer entrances and assist with minor maintenance.

Job description

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Lot Attendant to join our team at Chevy/Cadillac! As a Lot Attendant, the majority of your day will consist of interacting with customers and moving vehicles around the lot. As new cars are delivered to the dealership, the Lot Attendant confirms the receipt and compares the serial numbers against the invoices. Your main role will be to park/retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers, organize vehicles around the lot and manage the customer parking area. You will also shuttle customers to different destinations and shuttle vehicles between different Faulkner facilities. It is important to make sure all vehicles are clean before delivering to the customer! Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the customer entrances clean and any minor building/property maintenance.
