Job summary

The Home Depot is hiring a Lot Associate in Howell Township, NJ. Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles, monitor the store entrance, and maintain a ready supply of carts near the entrance. This role requires frequent customer interactions and a strong commitment to service.

You will work with Home Depot teammates to ensure a smooth shopping experience, keep aisles and parking areas organized, and support store operations. Training is provided.

Lot Associates also are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role in this position. Direct customer interaction is frequently required for some positions and excellent customer service skills are required.
