Smarte Carte Inc. is seeking a Lost & Found Associate at Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) for a part-time (maintenance) role.

The position offers $18–$19 per hour and a $5 monthly cellular phone allowance. You'll reunite customers with lost items, read flight information, process items and forward shipments to customers, track deliveries, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced terminal environment.

BASIC FUNCTION

Perform activities in accordance with company standards. Quality service being defined in terms of excellent customer service, cash handling and safety. Reuniting customers with lost items found at the terminal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding of how to read airline & flight information including but not limited to flight information display system (FIDS), airline tickets, & itineraries.
• Collect lost and found items found within the terminal and process promptly.
• Calculate and forward found items to customers by way of shipping.
• Track shipments to ensure they are delivered to customer.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Represent the company with integrity and dedication
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to get Airport Badge is required
